I’m a passionate and proactive physiotherapist with a deep love for movement, rehab, and helping people feel their absolute best. I love working with everyone as we all deserve to be pain-free, I truly believe that.
My experience spans:
NHS and private practice
CrossFit gyms and football teams
Working with elite athletes, runners, and everyday gym-goers
I offer a wide range of treatments including:
Hands-on physiotherapy
Sports massage
Acupuncture
Shockwave therapy
1:1 Clinical Pilates
Joint injections
With a strong focus on movement quality and long-term results, I combine evidence-based techniques with a personalised, holistic approach - always aiming to get to the root of the issue, not just the symptoms.
-
After working with everyone from elite sports teams to chronic pain clients, here’s what I believe:
Your body is capable.
Your recovery should be too. Most injuries aren’t lifelong - they just need the right plan.
I believe in:
✔ Movement as medicine
✔ Strength over fear
✔ Progress over perfection
✔ Building confidence, not just compliance
✔ Treating people, not just painAnd above all?
Everyone deserves expert care - not just athletes. -
When I’m not doing physio, you’ll usually find me chasing fresh air and freedom.
I’m most at home in my campervan, hiking up hills, exploring new places, and making the most of life’s adventures - on foot, on wheels, or off-grid.
Whether I’m climbing peaks or brewing coffee by a mountain lake, I believe in moving with purpose and living with balance.

As both a physiotherapist and lifelong athlete, I understand the journey back from injury - not just physically, but mentally too. My goal is to help you return to the activities you love with confidence, whether that's competing at a high level or staying active without pain.
My background includes:
Sport and Exercise Science alongside Physiotherapy
Working with competitive and recreational athletes
Coaching and competing across multiple sports
Experience in athletics, gymnastics, underwater hockey and jujitsu
I offer:
Hands-on physiotherapy
Sports rehabilitation
Strength and return-to-sport programming
Injury prevention and performance-focused rehabilitation
Every treatment is built around evidence-based practice, your goals, and creating a body that's stronger and more resilient than before.
-
I believe rehabilitation should prepare you for more than just being pain-free - it should prepare you to perform.
I believe in:
✔ Evidence-based rehabilitation
✔ Building strength and resilience
✔ Returning to sport with confidence
✔ Treating the person, not just the injury
✔ Working together to achieve your goalsBecause recovery isn't just about getting back - it's about coming back stronger.
-
Sport has always been a huge part of my life. I've competed in athletics, gymnastics, underwater hockey and jujitsu, and I still love challenging myself with new training programmes.
When I'm not in the clinic, you'll usually find me training, spending time outdoors, exploring new places, or catching up with friends who are adventurous enough to join me.

Physiotherapy for me is about more than easing pain - it’s about giving people the freedom to do what matters most to them.
My approach combines hands-on therapy with targeted rehabilitation, always aiming to create long-term change rather than temporary relief.
Every patient’s story is different, so their treatment should be too.
-
I believe recovery is a partnership - it works best when people feel involved, understood, and supported.
My guiding principles are:
✅ Movement as the foundation of health
✅ Building strength and resilience for the future, not just the present
✅ Treating the person behind the injury
✅ Focusing on progress that feels real and sustainable
✅ Encouraging independence, not dependencyFor me, physiotherapy isn’t just about managing pain - it’s about restoring confidence, function, and trust in the body.
-
Outside of work, I live the same values I bring to my patients.
You’ll find me training in the gym, running, or cycling - always exploring what consistent movement can achieve.
I’m also passionate about coffee, having worked as a barista, and love exploring new places and cultures.

My journey isn't typical:
A decade of experience working with:
• Elite athletes
• UK Special Forces
• CrossFit champions
• Everyday warriors
But here's what makes it different:
While others focused on quick fixes,
I obsessed over root causes.
The result?
I've helped thousands recover from:
• Chronic injuries others couldn't solve
• "Permanent" pain that disappeared
• Issues that kept coming back
Until they found me.
Now I'm scaling this impact.
I've built an incredible team at FM Physio Liverpool.
Because everyone deserves elite-level care.
Not just athletes.

Here's what I believe about recovery:
Most practitioners get it wrong.
They focus on:
• Quick fixes
• Surface-level treatment
• Temporary solutions
• Symptom management
But here's the truth:
Real recovery requires more.
My core beliefs:
1. Every injury tells a story
The symptoms aren't the problem
They're just the messenger
2. Root causes matter
Treating symptoms is like muting an alarm
Without fixing what triggered it
3. Recovery is personal
Cookie-cutter solutions don't work
Customised care does
4. Education is essential
Understanding your body Is key to preventing future issues
That's why we built FM Physio differently.
Because beliefs without action are just words.
Remember:
Your body deserves better than a band-aid solution
It deserves complete recovery.
-
I don’t just treat movement.
I live it.Most physios clock out and go home.
I clock out and hit the trails. Here’s my weekly rhythm:
• Trail running
• Crushing HYROX workouts
• Hiking peak distances
• Practicing functional movement
• Regular sauna + recovery sessionsBecause walking the talk matters.
How could I guide your recovery if I didn’t:
• Understand the demands of training
• Know how the body truly responds
• Experience the setbacks and breakthroughs myself
• Test recovery methods on my own bodyThis isn’t just a job.
It’s a lifestyle.Every trail run teaches me something.
Every HYROX workout pushes my limits.
Every hike sharpens my understanding. And all of it makes me a better practitioner.
Because the best guides?
They’re not standing on the sidelines.
They’re sweating, moving, and learning right alongside you.Want to work with someone who truly gets it?
Let’s talk movement.
