Questions? We have got answers
How can a knee pain physiotherapist in Liverpool help me?
We assess the root cause of your knee pain and build a tailored plan using hands-on treatment and progressive rehab, treating not just the knee but how your whole leg moves, so you get lasting results rather than a temporary fix.
Do I need a referral to see a knee physio?
No referral needed. You can book directly as a self-paying patient. We also accept Simplyhealth and Medicash cash plans.
What types of knee pain do you treat?
ACL and ligament injuries, meniscus tears, runner's knee, jumper's knee, IT band syndrome, osteoarthritis, and post-surgical knees, among others.
Can you treat my knee without surgery?
Many knee conditions, including some meniscus tears and ligament injuries, respond well to conservative physiotherapy. Where surgery is the right route, we will say so and support your rehab before and after.
What should I wear?
Shorts or loose clothing that allows access to the knee. We use proper draping throughout, and your comfort is always the priority.
How long does it take to feel better?
It depends on the condition. Some settle in a few sessions, while ligament or post-surgical rehab takes longer. We give you an honest picture at your first assessment.
What are your prices?
A new patient knee assessment is £75 for 45 minutes, including a full assessment, hands-on treatment, and a clear plan.
