What we do

If you're dealing with a sports injury, ongoing pain, or something that just won't settle, you've come to the right place.

We specialise in getting to the root cause of your problem, not just managing symptoms. Whether you're a runner, gym-goer, desk worker, or just want to move better in daily life, our approach is built around understanding why your pain developed and how to fix it properly.

Everything you need to find the root cause and become pain-free is included in your initial assessment. No hidden extras.

What we help with

  • Sports injuries - running, gym, tennis, football, cycling-related pain

  • Chronic pain that keeps coming back despite rest or treatment

  • Post-surgery rehabilitation and return to activity

  • Work-related pain - neck, shoulder, and back issues from desk work or manual labour

  • Movement problems - stiffness, weakness, or restriction affecting daily life

  • Injury prevention - addressing niggles before they become problems

If you want clarity, confidence, and a clear plan to get back to what you love doing, this is exactly what we do.
