Cancellation Policy
Appointment Reminders We send appointment reminders via email and/or SMS as a courtesy. However, you remain responsible for keeping track of your appointments.
Cancellation Notice Requirements To cancel or rearrange an appointment without charge, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Late Cancellation Fees Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee, reflecting the clinical time reserved for you.
Compassionate Exceptions We understand that genuine emergencies occur. If you need to cancel due to illness, hospital attendance, or other unavoidable emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. In these circumstances, we will normally waive the cancellation fee.
Non-Attendance If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full appointment fee.
Package Sessions If you have purchased a package of sessions:
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) will result in that session being deducted from your package at full cost
Non-attendance without notice will result in the session being forfeited
No refunds or rescheduling will be offered for missed or late-cancelled package sessions, except in cases of genuine emergency as outlined above
How to Reschedule You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance using the reschedule link provided in your booking confirmation email. This allows you to select a new date and time without incurring any fees.
Payment for Late Cancellations Your card details are securely stored in our system at the time of booking. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, the applicable cancellation fee will be automatically charged to your card.
Cancellations by the Clinic If we need to modify or cancel your appointment due to circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you as soon as possible. If we cannot arrange a replacement physiotherapist, we will offer you a full refund or assist in rescheduling your appointment at no additional cost.
