Rest is not a rehab plan. We find the reason it keeps flaring and keep you training around it wherever it is safe to.

If it has not settled by now, it needs assessing properly. You leave your first session knowing what it is and how long it will take.

What your first session looks like

Assessment
We work out what is driving the pain, not just where it hurts. Movement screening, strength testing and a proper history.

Treatment
You get hands on treatment in the same session. Manual therapy, shockwave, acupuncture or soft tissue work where it is the right call.

Your plan
A clear diagnosis, a realistic timeline and your first rehab exercises loaded into the app before you leave.
