Beaten up by training?
MMA and combat sports load the entire body, striking, grappling, wrestling, and the sheer volume of a hard camp. Joints take a battering, overuse injuries build, and old injuries flare. You need a physio who keeps you training, not one who benches you for weeks.
Common issues we see in mma athletes:
- Shoulder injuries from grappling, posting, and submission positions
- Knee pain from wrestling, kicking, and takedowns
- Lower back pain from grappling, sprawling, and strength work
- Neck strains from grappling and clinch work
- Elbow, wrist, and finger injuries from grips and submissions
- Hip and groin tightness that limits your kicks and guard

Questions? We have got answers
Do you treat fight injuries?
We treat the overuse, joint, and soft-tissue injuries that combat training causes, and rehab you back to full training and competition. For acute fractures, suspected concussion, or serious trauma, we will make sure you get the right urgent medical care first.
Can I keep training while injured?
Often yes, in modified form. We find what you can do safely, drilling, conditioning, or specific skill work, and scale the rest, so you keep fitness and skills while we treat the injury.
Can you help between or before fights?
Yes. We help manage niggles and load through a camp, and build the strength and mobility that protect you, so you arrive at fight night in the best shape possible.
Do I need a referral?
No referral needed. You can book directly. We also accept Simplyhealth and Medicash cash plans.
What are your prices?
A new patient assessment is £75 for 45 minutes, including a full assessment, hands-on treatment, and a clear plan.
