Every patient moves through three phases. So does every clinician who joins us. You will know exactly where you stand and what comes next.

Phase 1

Foundations

Structured onboarding, shadowing, and mentorship from day one. You learn our clinical model, our systems, and our standards before you fly solo.

Phase 2

Strength

Your own caseload with regular 1:1 reviews, honest feedback, and a clear scoreboard. We invest in your clinical reasoning, not just your diary.

Phase 3

Performance

Lead a service line, mentor new clinicians, and share in the growth of the clinic. Progression here is earned and visible.

You will become a better therapist

Our model is built on 6 to 8 sessions minimum, so you actually see rehab through to performance. No revolving door of one-off appointments.

KPIs that mean something

We measure patient outcomes, rebooking, and quality of care. Not sales targets. If your patients get results and stay the course, your numbers look after themselves.

A clear progression path

Most clinicians start with us self employed and progress to a full time employed role. Employed physiotherapists have a clear bonus structure. No guessing what it takes to move up.

2 hours of CPD every 2 weeks

  • HCPC registered physiotherapist, or graduating within the next 12 months
  • Believes patients should perform at their best, not just get out of pain
  • Can educate patients on why commitment gets results, and back it up clinically
  • Comfortable being coached, measured, and given straight feedback
  • Willing to work hard for amazing results, because that is why you do this job
